Overview:
     Tsum Valley Trek is bit lengthy trek that falls along the route to famous Manaslu Trek/Larke Pass route. Starting point for this trek is the Historic City of Gorkha, that lies around the west of Kathmandu.

The valley of Tsum acts as the border for the China. The locals get their daily needs from the chinese side as its feasible for the locals.

     Tsum valley is a valley situated between 2000 to 3500 asl in Gorkha district of western Nepal. 
The valley lies inside the jurisdiction of Manaslu Conservation Area which was established in 1998. 

The valley has 33 villages with 529 households and the population is 1,810. The lower part of the valley is steep and has less settlement.Tsumba are the indigenous people of the valley and they practise Bon shamanism and Buddhism.

  • Philim - Ekle Bhatti
  • Ekle Bhatti - Gum Pul (bridge)
  • Gum Pul (bridge) - Lokpa
  • Lokpa - Chumling : 4 hrs
  • Chumling - Rainjam : 3 hrs
Day 5
  • Rainjam - Chhokang Paro :3hrs
  • Chhokang Paro - Nile : 3hrs
Day 6
  • Nile - Chhokang Paro : 3hrs
Day 7
  • Chhokang Paro - Philim : 8 hrs
Day 8
  • Philim - Lapubesi : 10 hrs
Day 9
  • Lapubesi - Soti Khola : 3hrs
  • Soti Khola - Arkhet Bazar - AruGhat - Gorkha
